Community Workflows

Last verified: 13 February 2026 | Applies to: All plans

Our editorial workflows cover common use cases. But your industry, your tools, and your processes are specific. Community workflows are step-by-step guides submitted by operators who’ve found something that works — lighter editorial touch, more diverse voices, real-world tested.

Submitted by: Marcus Thompson, Head of Sales Tools used: Claude Chat + Sales plugin + Chrome extension Time saved: ~2 hours/week

What I do: Every Monday, I have Claude check competitor pricing pages using the Chrome extension, compare against our current pricing, and flag any changes. The Sales plugin formats the output as a competitive brief I share with the team.

Step by step:

  1. Open the Chrome extension on our competitor’s pricing page
  2. Ask Claude to extract and structure the pricing tiers
  3. Repeat for each competitor (3-4 pages)
  4. In Chat with the Sales plugin, ask: “Compare these competitor prices against our pricing at [rates]. Flag any significant changes from last week.”
  5. Share the formatted brief in our #sales Slack channel

What works: Catches pricing changes within a day. The formatted brief is consistent and easy to scan. What doesn’t: Chrome extension occasionally misreads dynamic pricing tables. Manual spot-check recommended.
